Hey all,

It's me once again ranting about my dad. As you all may have concluded, my dad is a total ass. Today we decided to go to a local city wide garage sale to look around and the like. I saw a really nice hunting knife set and the spark was lit. I love knives and I jokingly said to my mom." Hey mom can I get that knife set." She asked about them and I pointed them out. My dad said no and I said I was kidding. Then I confessed about my hobby of collecting knives and blades. They saw a package I recieved a day earlier. They asked what was in it and I replied " Pictures from a friend over seas" Well here is where the problems begin,

When we got home from the garage sale palooza my dad asked to see the pictures and I went upstairs and brought down what really came in the mail. I ordered a black 5 - blade shuriken and it finally came... I brought it downstairs and showed it to him. Then he made me get my swords and other 2 knives out of my lock box. Then he proceeded to tell me how low and dirty I was to lie to him about this. I tried to explain that I did it because I thought it was in best interest of the family since they think I am unreliable and unresponsible. He gave me my sword back so I was kinda happy about that.

Here is the problem. We have had this " responsibility and lying" talk before and he doesn't see that I hate him. He thinks that my life should be an open book... well even if it was I wouldn't let him read it. I hate my dad and he is threatening to take away all my activities if I don't stop lying. He want's to watch me get on and off the bus, no dance, no friends over, no movies, no driving, no work, no nothing! I don't get it... I don't think he sees that I don't bring friend s over to my house that often because I want them to stay away from my dad because he is a total ass.

Is there something here that I am not seeing or am too angry to care about or is he right about me being a dirty irresponsible shit? :?:

All of us have dreams. Two years ago I was convicted that I was about to embark upon my dream of joining the Army shortly. With a twist of irony it seems that my resuming the monthly contests will be abruptly ended, as that dream is about to come to fruition. Of course I have no desire to see the contests die simply due to my temporary departure for boot camp, and would love to trust it to another member of the review board to run those contests.

Anyhow, it has been a long road of ups and down to get here. How can I say with confidence now that I am going when two years ago I "left" believing the same thing? Quite simply, progress. Normally I gain fat during the summer and winter, dropping it during my more active spring and autumn months, but maintain stasis around 27-28% body fat. This is between the point of needing a body fat waiver (and thus being stuck on a restricted diet during the beginning of basic training) and being simply disqualified (30% body fat is a disqualifier). Two years ago I was in that area. One year ago I was still in that area. Three months ago I was at 29% -- but today I am at around 26.18% body fat, which is the lowest I've been since I started working towards the Army two and a half years ago.

I have found my way, and now I am going the distance with this. Until I learned how much my latest dietary changes have truly helped, I was in a bit of despair about my situation, and saying I would give up if I didn't make it past the physical (which I'm now planning on for Friday, 25 August). At roughly 0.2% over the cutoff for not needing a waiver, I find my confidence has come back. In 9 days, I can drop 0.1 to 0.2% body fat, and if I keep it up I can be lower when I get taped before I ship out -- and not need to worry about harsher trteatment due to my body fat percentage.

I will keep you all updated on my progress here -- I cannot go until next week because I need two things before I go -- I need my last dental appointment fulfilled, which involves me getting several more fillings (Friday), and a note from the dentist that verifies my mouth is in stable condition, which must then be approved by MEPS. After that -- I'm essentially in. I can make it through the rest of the physical without problem, and I should be fine on the arms test. Following those, I'll get sworn in and get my ship date, and I'll let you all know my last day here, before basic, once I know that.

Hey....this is a pic that I made thinking about a different ending for the Gallantmon/Beelzemon fight. Gory, violent and desolate. I think many of you will like it.
The style is pretty dark and asphyxiating and definitely primitive compared to some of my other pics (besides, I did it when I hadn't quite got the knack of the characters), but I think the feeling is very intense, and that's why I like it.

I wouldn't even mind so much that I've got such a lovely chorus singing off key some unidentifable shit outside my window (Okay I lied. I WOULD), but I've got an important job interview tomorrow and I'd need my rest. (For anyone caring, it's for World Trade Center of Finland) It's 23:21. You should not make extra loud noises after 23 and generally, listening to music at that time may make you lose your apartement. As of writing this; two people have already told me to go out and kick some ass, which is VERY tempting but I'd rather not get any bum blood on me. It may ruin my clothes. And plus, I think bum blood smells of cheap liquor after all the alcohol they drink. BARF!!!

Ok i admit i like hummers but i don't see y ppl go to the trouble of complaining about the gasgussling machines when landrover sports aren't even build as a offroader!!!! i mean yes the h1 sucked so pplcompared all hummers to be as crap as the h1. the h3 was the best proforming 1 because it wasn't a hummer anymore just a wannabe hummer

I may not be the formost reviewer of things or even the fivemost reviewer but I think my reviews here are good.

I saw/will see a couple of animes in the last month and in the next month.
I'll review/preview them and say if you should watch them.

After watching this two episode series I said, and I quote, this:

"It was horrible. It's really goofy, ecchi, full of fanservice, full of huge boobs, one of the characters is always sucking something phalic, and I think it's like a tv talk show like ricki lake or a lot of other people. Or like a reality show."

But it's something you watch only once or twice every so often. (ecchi in the example is like soft core porn almost) It's is funny and it does have some heart but still, it's not something you'll want to watch a lot or maybe even be seen watching. Unless it's with friends.

Gokusen.

Kumiko Yamaguchi is a teacher fresh out of college. When she goes to a private school and ends up teaching a bunch of delinquents. They call her "Yankumi"(she remarked that they couldn't spell) and try and mess with her. What no one knows (except for the prettyboy who seems to be the lead guy in the class and who figures it out over the series'es length) is that she's an airess to a yakuza or japenese mafia. The Oedo clan is one of the strongest in japan.

The series deals with her, her mob family(includng a pretty human acting dog), and the school. And of her trying to keep her gangster ID secret from the school. It's a funny show but there is some fighting and language.

Some of you like vampires and all that goth-y stuff right? Coupled with some violence and some language and you may like these two series.

Seen in the picture is the three main characters.
The Hellsing organization is an old group that destroys vampires and others who make the night unsafe.

On the left is the current leader, Sir Integra Hellsing-a powerful leader and a very strong woman.

On the right is the organization secret weapon, Alucard. And if you're smart you'll relize that that's dracula spelled backwards. (but don't worry, it took me awhile to figure it out) He carries two guns and I bet a lot of you will like his 100% power form.

In the middle is the newly turned vampire Seres. She's cute, calls Alucard master(he's the one that had to bite her to save her from dieing), and she carries a very large gun.

It's a pretty violent series with some cursing and atleast two scenes with something kind of sexual in them but I liked it. It also has a manga of it.

Similar to that is a series called Trinity Blood.

Also about a vampire hunting vampires, this has a church group fighting vampires in a post-apocalyptic world. It comes on adult swim sept. 9th at 12:30 right after the next series I'm reviewing.

A show I personally recomend if you liked shows like Yu Yu Hakasho or even Naruto (but it's more like YYH then Naruto).

Ichigo Kurosaki, along with his father and two sisters, run a clinic. They all can see ghosts to varing degree. Ichigo the most.
A woman named Rukia, a death god(like a grim reaper) suddenly shows up while tracking an evil spirit, called a hollow. A monsterous creature that used to be human. After protecting him and his family from this ghost and getting injured, Ichigo must become a death god (they're called Shinigami but death god works fine as a name).

Ichigo is your standard tough guy. But he's nice to people and has some friends. He also has spiritial powers from when his mom died when he was little. Now he has to save people from the hollows and send good ghosts to the afterlife. Like all death gods, he has his own sword, which is different then any other death god's. His is a large butcher knife of sorts. He is voiced here by Jonny Yong Bosch. Who also voiced Vash the stampede, Renton on Eureka 7 and he played a power ranger. (No comments please).

Rukia is a death god that patrolls the area Ichigo lives. She was suprised he can see her. After saving him from an attack, she gets injured and tranfers her power to him. She's voiced by Michelle Ruff who also voiced Izumi/Zoe and Lopmon as well as Fujiko Mine from Lupin the third and many more.

Orihime is Ichigo's friend and neighbor. She, in a few words is, kind of ditsy. She is a good friend though. One of Ichigo's best friends. She's also... pretty stacked to put it quite honestly. She was looked after by her brother but he died. And her snowflake hairclips she always wears were from him. They also let her call on different fairy like creatures to use. Think of her as the magic user/healer of an RPG. Voiced by Stephanie Sheh who also voices Hinata Hyuuga from Naruto and Minami from the first Tamers movie.

Sado Yasutora know as Chad to his friends is a large half mexican guy. One of those strong but gentle types. Unless you bother a friend. He's a guy you'd want to have as a friend. Ichigo saved him from a fight once.
His arms can be covered by a powerful armor which let him punch really powerfully. It's not know who voices him. (Or atleast I can't find it)

Uryu Ishida is another friend. He's pretty serious most of the time and is great at sowing and crafts. He looks a little like ken with glasses.
He's a Quincy which is a lot like a death god but instead of sending souls to the afterlife, his bow and arrows just destroy them. The quincy were pretty much wiped out by the death gods because they would mess up the balence of the universe by just destroying souls. He's voiced by Derek Stephen Prince who also voiced Ken, Piedmon, Beelzemon/Impmon, Veemon and a butt load of other Digimon characters. Plus he voices Shino Aburame from Naruto.

That's just the main cast. There's a lot of other characters in the series. Including 13 whole squads of death gods in spirit world. Also there's action, comedy (a favorite scene involves the cat looking Yoruichi, a character who helps Ichigo and friends or different scenes with Kon, a lab made soul in the body of a stuffed lion), drama, plot twists, and a lot more. Premires Sept. 9th at 12 a.m. on Adult Swim.

That's all the new anime I've seen or will see in the past month or in the next month and that I'll be reviewing/previewing now. If you see only one anime I listed then watch Bleach. Then stick around for Trinity Blood.

Haha! How to catch up? Someday, we will have to use half-month salary to pay for electricity bill.

Car petrol increasing. Price increased 3 times a year. Salary increased 1 time a year.

Haha! Someday, we will have to walk or take bicycle to work. (No bullet train here, public transport sucks)

"Boss, please increase salary." Workers pleaded.

Hawkers just increase the price without asking for permission. Haha, so nice.

Government said don't eat if hawkers selling expensive.

Ok, we go Mc Donald every day lunch-hour. Haha, stupid government. Do we have choice? Can we boycotte the hawkers? Obviously cannot, unless you are God who don't need food to survive.

Sue the hawkers? Ok, the hawkers stopped selling food. So, where are you going to have your lunch? Drive to elsewhere? But you have 45 min only. You must come back to office within 45 min. Don't forget, there is traffic jam (very bad jam) during lunch-time. :D
