last line is 100% always 'perform the jobs that r told by supervisor'.

there were 10 lines but only last line is applicable.

Boss, next time, pls save ur time and my time, just say 'perform the jobs that r told by supervisor'. Coz i am not doing the other functions as listed.

Real example:
Sales assistant:
According to the list, the job is very simple: promote and sell the product.

But in fact, have to do filling, documents, accounts and deliver goods. All these functions are not listed in the agreement.

Boss said, "perform the jobs that r told by supervisor'.

So, title is Sales Assistant, but actually is worse than Office Boy.

Really. Office Boy just deliver goods, no need do filling, documents, accounts and sales.

And even worse, same salary and benefits. Sales Assistant deliver goods no petrol allowances but Office Boy got.

ppl said the job functions list is a guide line, so that u know what r ur basic jobs. But the prob is: the works I do r totally not on the list.

This has to be one of my biggest gripes recently.

Best example would be my buddy telling me

Well...it wasn't the fucking comic!

Left and right people complain about how the movie dosen't match the book, or the movie isn't like the comic, or the game isn't like the movie...

They are not the same, they use and follow the same story as basis and take liberties with certain creative changes...DEAL WITH IT.

Wise made a good point in the FF: Rise topic about how the Marvel movies are for average movie goers and not solely for comic fans...well yeah because the comic fans STILL go, and in addition they bring all those average movie goers in. They do it for money, that's all everything is about is money.

So I was riding home from summer school today and reading an excerpt from a book. Here is the qoute.

I've seen some adult artists like Fluffy and Ryuusei get banned for posting art of fictional characters clad only in bikini, yet they give the greenlight of artwork depicting girl piercing their tits with rusty nails and bloated Great Danes. I know guys like Chalosan and LordCoyote have backup sites in case they get banned but others like sawa-o and Seaon (BForShort) don't have that luxury. If some DA mod or worse an administrator decides to have a period on them, it's game over. I've been trying to find B's art for years.
