Anybody else here have a wireless router? I'm sure I've bitched about it before, but it still persists, and nobody at my house seems to give a damn... An older wireless card going to a new router. Different kinds of signals, but router is still backwards compatable. It still sucks though. I've been bitching about it here at my house for damn near a year now, and still... Nobody cares. I'm surprised I'm still trying to do anything about it, since everybody I know in rl ignores me completly. I'm surprised I could stay on this long. And it's still going... HOT DAMN! A new record... At least I get some stress relievers tomorrow... Hehehe... *Winks*

The long and short of it is this: he steals people's intellectual property without crediting it to the true authors of the material, and gets rich off the work of others.

This is a VERY serious issue. Sure, the material on this site isn't the sort of fare he'd be stealing, but it's still intellectual property. How would you feel if someone was stealing your work and saying it was theirs? You can see why lots of people would have a beef with this.

Anyway, I ask that if you went to eBaumsworld before, please discontinue visiting, as he gets money for every hit registered on his site. If you understand the gravity of this issue, please spread the news to your friends and colleagues. Unfortunately, no one will be able to bring him down, but at least we can all keep him from making some more money from work he didn't make himself.

Anyway, I picked up Kameo: Elements of Power at my local Gamestop, turns out they'll have most of the launch titles and accessories in stores, and therefore on sale, starting mostly next week. So I'm going to be calling to find out when I can get Dead or Alive 4 and my extra controllers, so I have it all for when the system rolls out.

I'm really excited about it, me and my friend are going to get the system at a 24 hour store and play it all night, ahhh good times.

The poem in my sig. It's a poem by Jorge Luis Borges, one of the greatest Argentine writers of the 20th century, and the translation was made by yours truly. I first found it in a cemetery, when I lost my first loved one. Death is at the toes of somebody 85, but we don't know if it's at ours too. It's a good idea to read everyday stuff like this, to remember to enjoy life to the fullest.

Where's Unknown and Zephyr? I sent Unknown an email, but I haven't heard back yet, and Zephyr usually posts over the weekend. They're two of the biggest posters, and without them, the board is starting to go stale. :(

My jukido jujitsu instructor was doing this exercise where we go around inside a circle putting in light strikes until we're all around the circle. He said we could use any strikes that we were taught. When it got to my turn, he explicitly told me, "No back kicks, spin kicks, or any other crazy stuff. We didn't teach you that." Of course, in his demo, he used back kicks. Then I asked him, "How did you know I planned to use back kicks?" He said, "I could see it in your eyes." What really ticks me off is that I practice back kicks and spin kicks in my free time, and I'm pretty good at them, better than the instructor. It would've been nice if he could've seen them.

A "Required Extra Credit Exam?" Wow, that's three things I've never really seen be slapped together before. The guy knows his stuff, but he isn't much of a good teacher for the masses, that are his classes.
