While the voices kept messing with Kurtz's sanity, Dot was watching him, not understanding him at all. She didn't know what was exactly troubling him, but if it did, she was troubled too; she reached with her claw to tap him on the shoulder suddenly, "Hey... are you okay?" she asked after they had gotten almost in front of the strange mirror in the room.

And as Zerus nodded to Yoosei's words, they arrived at the office doors. "Well, I know.... I know... but don't worry so much for now, I really am alright." He then glanced aways to the door, and chuckled.

As they had come so close to the mirror in such short time, the dragon nodded slightly. He didn't want to concern Dot about anything... she didn't seem to be hearing anything. "N-no... nothing reall-"

"Look at you're reflection in the mirror.... is thou truly that?"

Kurtz stopped again. He had to say it. "-Unless you count the voices I can hear."

Move yourself... see the darkness!'

The dragon shook his head, before they both approached the window. It was nicely decorated, with red and black carvings of ancient symbols all across it. But as Kurtz peered into it, his eyes could only but freeze in their tracks. In the mirror stood not himself, but only a distorted figure of himself - the actual darkness within him. Twice as tall as him practically, and wearing a huge black full metal plating across his legs and torso; along with donning a long black cape.

"That... that can't be me..."

The figure pulled his sword around - out of mirroring Kurtz - to reveal it's huge, broad length. Nothing like that of Kurtz's Angel or Fire Blade.

After a few moments of silence, the figure vanished. "D-Dot... did you..."
"He?" Shadow cocked an eyebrow, "You mean Kubrika? Wow, must've been a really bad day for him."
"A trap caught me inside, but," Lu clutched her sore arm again to hide her deep wound, "That wasn't supposed to happen, he controls the traps, and I know where they are. He did it, I'm sure... but he didn't seem to want to kill me. I mean, if he did, he would have killed me easily over there."

"I... what?" Dot asked, before she noticed the slight second of pure silence, "Kurtz, don't scare me like that!" she said, getting a shiver of spine suddenly, she couldn't see anything, nor hear what Kurtz was seeing, but she could easily feel tremendous power gathering.
Silver had quickly finished eating up and cleaned his cooking mess along with his hands then sighed "Should get back to training." he spole to himself before leaving the kitchen back to the training rooms.

Wengren by this time was in his Panther form chasing a small mouse that had happen to sneak into the mansion "Com'ere you little shit!" he growled as the mouse hid back behind the control panel of the rooms "Damn it."
As Kurtz glanced back, he stared. For once, true fear was within his violet eyes; as they quivered. "You... you didn't talk.... who..."

" Again, you hide. Face the mirror and see yourself, are you ready to confront yourself? "

He stopped, and actually for once looked at the mirror again. The figure was still there; now becoming visible on the mirror for Dot as well. The knight, with a blood-red scar down both his right and left eye, and a huge thick metal blade. Immediately, the symbols across the mirror's outer ring glowed a bright hazy red, as a voice echoed to both Dot, and Kurtz.

"The trial of purification shall begin. Soul of light, be separated from thou soul of darkness. And face the darkness, and if thy wins, thy lives as the full entity. If thy fails... thy dies."

Suddenly, Kurtz's body started to crackle with purple electricity around it, his violet eyes flashing violently red before violet. The image on the mirror vanished, as Kurtz stepped back, giving his first painful scream of sorts. His entire body quaked, started to weaken slightly as his darkness stripped from him.

After a few moments, a transparent head started to form out from the mirror; as a metal gauntlet warped through the window. Then the armored head, body, and entire body. Then the electricity caused a mini-flash of light, causing both Dot, and Kurtz, to be blinded by the light.

When the light faded, and Kurtz reopened his eyes slightly, he noticed the metal helmet in front of him, and stumbled back. "A-Ahh!"

The dark figure moved it's gauntlet up and studied it for a moment, before growling. "Finally, after all this time..."
"That's" Dot gasped as she glanced at the new hostile looking dragon, "That's... you..." the myrmiddon said, her eyes widened in surprise.
The eyes under the full metal glared at Dot for a few moments, before he shifted the sword with his arm once more, pulling it so that it pointed straight at Kurtz. "Come fight, if you're no coward."

Kurtz stopped, and sweat-dropped, before gripping his Angel Blade more tightly. "Is this... what I become when I'm annoyed? When my friends are hurt of such and those I care about?"

"Your darkness needs not an answer." It chimed, interrupting the question. "Your darkness waits for the sword to be lifted; Dresan waits."

The red-haired dragon took a gulp, before lifting his sword up. "D-Dot... get back."
"Odd for sure," Shadow thought for a second, "Probably just wants privacy. Didn't they capture some cross girl not too long ago?" he asked to no one in particular, "I'm sure I know what's keeping him busy."
"Well" Lu said, before sighing, "That doesn't leave us much choice now" she said narrowing her eyes at all the corpses left on the ground.

"Wait, no!" Dot annoyedly shouted, "I won't leave you alone!" she said and stepped right next to him, "What if you die? I can't lose you too!" she cried.
