"I didn't want to break this to you," Ikonnen started, right after Wengren's words, before speaking quietly. "But I originally intended to go."
"You still didn't answer my question" Dorothy shook her head, not looking neither on Wengren or Ikonnen, "Wasn't there any other way? Why did he have to die?" she asked again.
"There was truly no other way." Ikonnen stated again. "The spirits always need a soul. They possess whoever, and make them fight the chosen one entering the trial. If the chosen doesn't survive, oh well. The possessed will go to normal and can possibly leave. If the possessed dies... well, the trial is complete. That's the way those type of spirits work."
"Then why did he choose her brother of all people. Mar and Dot might not have looked it, but they were brother and sister, and if Ikonnen new that from the start and sent them both on that mission." Wengren gripped his staff tightly then used it to quickly get up and turned towards the door "I need some air..." The night elf quickly stated before he quickly walked down the hallway.
Dorothy lowered her ears, then turned around, "Sorry Auros... I'm not going to fight anymore" she said, then hugged Kurtz tightly, quickly breaking it, and without making eye contact, the dragoness left the room, obviously heading to Kitt's room.

Crimson gave a nod towards Shadow, "Yes, that's the plan, I was out there to see if the barrier was going to work." He clicked the remote in his lab jacket again, the lift coming down for the airship. "However, I'd rather wait for Ada to return. Somehow, I think Disturbed is going to be delayed and I don't want Colby running out there, Kit didn't even cast a barrier on her."

Ada sighed as she looked towards Colby, a little annoyed at her defiance. "Listen, I know first hand the power of Kubrika and I know that you won't beat him this way. Even if you have some barrier, once you enter his castle, Kubrika will see everything, he has magical and electronic sensors. If you trip even one wire, he'll atomize you into dust. I've seen what he does to his servants who failed, what he'll do to you will be infinitely worse."

A sigh left his muzzle before she approached them both, shaking her head at the situation. "Listen, I want to fight him as much you two, but this isn't the way. Right now, we should return to the mansion and reunite the summoning gems. The only thing Kubrika fears is the final summon, that is how we shall finish him."

A stern look appeared in the vixen's green eyes before she asked, "Will you not return with me?"
Disturbed's eyes were completely fixed on Ada's green eyes even when she walked around his now softened yellow eyes. His tail swishing slowly behind him as she watched her movements charishing every step she took. He was so intent on watching her eyes and movements he didnt even hear her words and just blurted out "I'll do anything and go anywhere with you." the giant black wolf couldnt hold it back staring at her for so long, he had to say something. Even with his massive wolf size, when it came to a very cute girl, especially this one, he completely turns to mush.
Ada raised an eyebrow at the wolf's expression, his eyes clearly possessed. If a had a golden gil for every time I got this sort of look... The vixen shook her head before smiling just a little. "Good, I'm glad I could reason with you, Disturbed...what about you Colby?" Her green eyes remained locked on the girl, the red wizard hoping she wouldn't have to do it the hard way.
Kurtz, blinking twice, quickly stretched his arm out before noticing Dorothy had left the room. He gulped, before yelling. "Hey, wait up!" And with that, he quickly departed from the dog's room, leaving him on his own.
Dot stopped, just before reaching Kitt's room doors, since she had heard Kurtz. She waited for him, silently...
