((Guitar, lute, they're basically the same, aren't they?))

Alex moved his hands, and the clay, paper, and pen disappeared. "I think we should wait for her to grow a little older," he said, before opening the book once more. "Lillia, do me a favor and go to the kitchen and fetch me some fresh strawberries," he ordered, and patted Neko's head, as a sign he was listening to her muse.

He also looked into the book, and saw into the book and looked for the section to ensure Neko didn't fly away.
Lillia nodded and went to get a small bowl of fresh strawberries. Neko stopped and smiled as she was petted and cuddled close to Alex as she continued her gentle song.

"So you want to keep your Muse from escaping? Well then you are in luck, because muses will almost never run away. Even an untrained muse will be hesitant when it comes to escape, since they dont have anywhere else to go and often wont even try unless they are being mistreated or their muse is being ignored or not observed (See the above chapter for the seven rules to Muse happiness).

But you want some kind of assurance right? Some way of know that your muse wont just up and fly out the window. Assuming that you have not already cut off your muse's wings, and dont want to since you are reading this, you should know that there are easier ways of insuring that your muse will not escape without destroying their natural beauty.

The first way is also probably the easiest, keep your muse indoors and away from windows. Thats it. A muse cant fly away if it cant get to the sky. Aside from that, Muses, like all angels, love flying. flying is a supreme joy for them, simply fluttering about can make a muse feel like its free as a bird and thus strengths your actual control. They dont really need much to feel free.

But lets say thats to much for you and you want to really make sure your muse does not fl away. There are several enchantments that can increase the weight of your muse, making him or her to heavy to fly. This can also hurt your muse if your muse falls over and make them tire twice as fast. It also makes dancing nearly impossible, which can be a danger if you have a dancing muse.

Other spells make it so that your muse must always have one foot or body part on the ground. This has less of a chance of badly wounding your must, but can make dancing very hard and it will make them twice as clumsy when walking.

Keeping a Muses's wings bound is also a good way to keep them from flying away without overly affecting their ability to move around. Some muses use their wings to dance but it is not necessary and so wrapping your muses wings gently to his or her back will insure a none flight muse that will be relativity happy as long as his or her wings are not wrapped to tightly.

Other than that, a leash one your muse connected to something else will easily keep them on the ground as long as they can not undo it. A muse can even be led around while flying if one has a long enough leash, and due to their limited strength a simple tug will pull one to the ground almost instantly.

Lastly, one trick that will only work on a muse because of how weak they are is large, heavy or encumbering cloths. A decorative dress or robe, heavy pants or a big jacket will make them to heavy or clumsy to fly unless they take it off. On the flip side, if you want your muse to have a fun flying time while being decent, make sure that all they were is a light robe or dress and under garments, otherwise they may strain themselves.

Remember that a angels wings, particularly a muse, is both their most delicate and most sensitive part of their body. When restraining them be sure not to hurt or break their wings.
((I almost feel bad making you write these huge ass posts))

Alex nodded and would just have to make sure he had a leash on Neko, or that Neko wasn't in any rooms that she could get out from. Either way, he made sure to treat her well, so she wouldn't want to leave him.

He looked at her, and found her adorable. Her tiny fingers plucking away at the harp, and how she cuddled closer to him.

He then kissed her cheek, and pointed at himself, and said, "Papa," he said, and then at her. "Neko." He then kissed her again, and listened to her play her instruments. "You're very good, you know," he said, wondering if she could even understand him, before looking at how to get Neko to listen to his commands.
((You should! lol, these are HUGE freaking posts of book stuff! Feel bad! Feel bad and cry about it! then collect your tears and put them in bottles so I can sell them on Ebay and make some money off this)

Neko smiled even more and cuddled even closer to Alex, loving how he seemed to like her muse. "Baba." She said, trying to repeat him as she played. Lillia came in and had to hold back and "Awww" As she walked in to see Alex sitting on the bed with the cute little angel girls cuddled into his side as she played her small harp for him. She sat down and held the bowl out to her master, but only if it looked like he wanted it.

"Controlling a Muse is very very simple. They dont do much aside from muse, so let them muse, you have to anyways. IF for some reason your muse does something you dont like, lightly pinch his or her nose and then show them what they should be doing. Remember to lightly pinch, they will feel it I promise.

A spanking she be reserved for very bad things that are bad every time your muse does it, like running away. It will only take one spanking session to break a muse out of a bad habit, since muses fear pain almost as much as they fear being unable to muse. Be careful though, not every really bad things deserves a spanking. For example, if your muse usually gets a banana from the kitchen counter and is allowed to, but one day you place an expensive vase there and he or she accidentally knocks it over and you spank him or her because of it, they will probably never even look at another banana again. IF you spank, make sure your muse knows exactly what causes it, the sooner they speak the better.

When your muse begins to understand language it will be much easier to control them, until then lightly punish what they do wrong, and reward what they do right. For example, if your muse sits down, say "Sit." And give him or her a treat or reward. Do this a few times and only when he or she has just done so, and only when you say the word and soon you will be able to say "Sit," And point to something and your muse will happily sit and await a treat. While they are young, this is the best way to teach them. When they get older, ween them off treats and teach them they should obey your because you are the master.

Apply the above rule to almost everything and your Muse will soon be an easily controlled pet. Even when your muse gets older, dont cut off rewards altogether, since they may start to think you have lost your interest in them or that they are doing something wrong. Try as best you can to avoid misunderstandings.
((....Only if I get 50% of the money you get.....60% actually))

Alex nodded as he read the book, and he took the strawberries from Lillia. "Thank you dear," he said, and looked at Neko. "Time to teach," he thought aloud, and pointed at himself. "PaPa," he said, and then pointed at her. "Neko." If she said both words right, he gave her a strawberry, if she only got one right, he would split one for her and give her half.
Neko simply cuddled closer to Alex and continued to play the harp, her eyes half closed as she felt the warmth from Alex, and the contentment she felt from playing her harp and having people listen and enjoy it. Alex would have to take the harp away to make her listen, otherwise she would just keep playing. He could move away from her but that would likely make her think that he no longer was enjoying her harp music and thus she would try even harder to make better music.

(Ya right, your not the one working here, all you have to do is cry so you get 20% at best. Dont make me salvage your tear ducts from your decapitated skull! Twisted )
((You wouldn't kill me!))

"You can play later, Neko," he said, and moved his hand, making the harp fade away, along with the rest of the instruments. He then pointed at himself again and said, "Papa." Then at her. "Neko." If she said both words right, he gave her a strawberry, if she only got one right, he would split one for her and give her half.
(you dont know that! Mike might!

Mike: Mike would.

See?!)

Neko whimpered sadly as her instruments disappeared and looked up at Alex and watched him as he pointed at himself and then at her. "Bapa..." She said. "Nedo." She didnt point, she just tried repeating the words. Suddenly she grabbed his robe and started to try to climb up on him. If left to her own devices she would use her wings to climb up to his shoulder and then to his head and look around playfully. She was surprisingly light, but not so light that her being on Alex's head was comfortable.
((.....Fine. You can sell my tears....Wait....Who wants to buy my tears?))

True, Neko wasn't completely easy to have on your head, but Alex decided she was so cute, he would let it slide. He suddenly grabbed her waist, and picked her up and placed her on his lap, holding her still. "Papa," he said, using one hand to point at himself. Neko," he said, pointing at her.
(No one, but they will want to buy angel tears. Ehh, get it? Add a few sparkles after sending it through a one layer filter, whos gonna know? Its th perfect scam!)

Neko struggled for a moment, wanting to get back on her perch. She gave up quickly however, figuring out that she was much weaker than Alex. "Paba." she said pointing at herself. "Nedo." She said pointing at Alex. She was imitating him, since he pointed at himself when he said papa, and then at her when he said Neko. She didnt know any better.

(I may be off for a little while. I think Im going to muse a bit)
