"Why? Why do you need her? Why can I be with her? Why are you so hellbent on having her, Arkurus? Maybe I can help you? I know spells and magic, and if I cannot, perhaps my Master can! My mentor was a great mage, he may be able to help you!" Axel offered. "I am sorry, but I don't think I can help you, if you refuse to tell me what I NEED to know."
Arkurus sighed and suddenly Axle's bangs fell from his head. Axle did not even see anything, no one did, and it did not look like Arkurus had even moved. But clearly he had cute Axle's hair. "That was the speed of my blade Axle. If this was a matter of magic then I would simply hire you. All I need is that slave. Will you or will you not sell her to me? My offer is more than generous! I will pay you in a different way if you wish. In gold, in slaves, in slaves dressed in gold but I must have her!"
Axel was afraid, but no way would he show it. He sighed and looked at Arkurus. "Can you not give me time to think? A day or two, is all I ask for. Time to think this through," he begged. "Two days, one at the very least!"
Arkurus sighed and nodded. "Very well. A day. That is all I will give you. If you betray my trust, your life will be forfeit to me." He growled as he turned around and left, returning to his slaves, which had waited the entire time. Tiff groaned softly on the bed and began to open her eyes a little but said nothing.
"Thank you," Alex sighed as he left. The mage then walked over to Tiff and gently petted her head. "Are you okay, Tiff?" he asked.

"Master? W-what are you gonig to do now?" Rose asked.

"I don't know Rose....Part of me wants to sell Tiff, but another....Sigh, she is just so pure, so soft, so loving," Axle sighed, petting Tiff's head.
"M-Master..." Tiff wept softly, looking up at him helplessly. "Tiff had...a horrible nightmare...a mean creature killed Tiff's whole family." She said sadly. "Please dont let that man kill Tiff to." She groaned as he closed her eyes again. She had a concussion, Alex would have to heal her.
Alex sighed and placed his hands over Tiff's head and began to chant a spell, his hands shooting out a calming, warm, feel good aura that helped Tiff relax and heal. "Tiff....Tiff, I'm sorry, but that was no dream. Your old family is gone...And the man wants Master to give Tiff to him....He will give Master, Lillia, and Rose many gifts if Master lets the man have you...."
Tiff looked like she was relaxing for a moment, rubbing her head affectionately into his hand as he healed her. But then she seemed to panic a little. She sat up and looked at her master for a moment before tilting her head down. "I-I could give master gifts to. I gave master Tiff...thats...thats all Tiff can give...I will always love master...I love master." She said, her eyes begging for a hug as she rubbed her arm, feeling alone. "I..I dont...want to leave." Tiff felt horrible. She was unable to give Alex anything else, she had given him all she had. Even as she sat there innocently trying to think of things to give him she could think of nothing he didnt already have. She didnt even have a little secret for herself, her master knew everything.
Alex sighed and continued to pet her head. "He promised us other slaves, like Tiff, a new home, and other treasures...." he continued as he healed her. "Does Tiff truly love Master? Would she do anything for him? Would she kill for him? Be willing to fight for him, no matter what?" he wondered.
Tiff said nothing and lowered her head in sadness. Finally she said "But...Tiff loves master...I..I didnt do anything wrong...I...Tiff..." She began to shake a little as she fought back tears before finally nodding. "Tiff loves master...Tiff will be happy at her new home for master." She got up off the bed if Alex allowed her to and walked into the bathroom. "T-Tiff need to be...alone.." she stuttered, hardly containing her sobs.
