D quickly began to work on healing the young elf, using a powerful healing spell. He was shocked though as a horrid chill went down his spine, and darkness took all of them. He quickly did his best to counteract the darkness and cold, while healing Zane.

"You....fool....You idiotic fool!" D screamed. "Do you not know what you have done!? The evil that you have melded with!?" D asked as healed Zane. D was old, and he knew what creature lied before him. He couldn't believe it though. The monster was a legend, something parents tell to their kids to instill fear or discipline. What horrid monster that existed before him had only one name.

The Behemoth.

A monster from the cruelest part of Hell. A monster, said to be powerful for even the Devi could not control it. A horrid, and evil animal that was created during the beginning of time. A creature, who's very presence was said to bring the end of all days. In other words, legend had it that, if the Behemoth existed out of Hell for too long, then all life in the universe it existed in, would end...

"...." Hoods said nothing to the threat before him, and once again, the blue orb shot forward with his clones, attacking the monster, though the blue orb knew that this battle was going downhill fast.

((Sorry for that added plot point. Thought it would add to the drama. Tell me if you want to change anything))

-----------------------

Alex found the horrid scent and quickly followed it, intending to find the source of such evil scent and eliminate it. By now, he could sense the overwhelming aura of evil with his Master and the other powerful being. He had to move fast, and stop whatever darkness that he smelled. He could tell they were connected somehow, the scent of evil and the aura of evil.
(No, I can use that, but dont add to much more or else the plot at the tower will fall apart and they will actually have to fight the behemoth...like for real...to the death...lets not let that happen)

"Bwahahahaha! Behemoth?! Such an idle legend, a pretty fancy! I am much much more! I am a GOD!" The balls of light would freeze on contact with his skin, the draining nature of the evil magic being that which extinguishes all life but its own. Obsidian spikes began to burst through the walls and ceiling as the energy only seemed to increase. The world had only faced a threat like this twice before, and both times had nearly found its end. If anyone in that room wanted to survive, then they would need to escape the close proximity they were in as Mickal contiued to grow larger and larger on his new power. Luckily, Zane seemed to be still alive, and his cursed hand fought back much the aura, but even the legendary curse of his family would not hold the overwhelming magic of an apocalyptic seal, and both hoods and D would have to escape the room to have any hope of defeating the beast that they now faced.

-----------

As Alex followed the powerful aura, he would suddenly come across a set of rooms, each sealed with powerful magic. But he was the master of magic, and through his art he would conquer each...until he reached the door to the last chamber, which was guarded by more than magic. This new room was larger than all the others, and within it lay a most terrible beast. A basilisk reared up before him, dark and terrible, feeding off the energies around it. It guarded the last door, it needed to be destroyed!
"Hoods, we have to get out of here, now!" D yelled as he picked up Zane in his arms. He quickly realized Hoods was gone, and noticed a large hole, with pleanty of room for D and Zane to go through.

"Coming?" Hoods asked from the other side of the once huge stone wall. D quickly ran over, Zane in his arms, and the two quickly began attempting to escape the mansion.

-----------------

Alex easily broke down the walls that laid before him, but stopped as he found the horrid animal. "I don't have time for this!" the mage roared as a ball of electricity formed in his hands. He quickly threw it at the giant snake, hoping for it to at least slow it down.

Whether it hit or not, Alex quickly followed with another spell. A ball of ice and and ball of wind both appeared in each hand. First, he fired a massive gust of wind at the snake, followed by a bowl of ice, trying to freeze the monster.
The lightning hit the beast at the tip of its nose, sending electrical volts throughout the creatures body, causing it to release a hellish hissing scream. Alas Alex's next attack was much less effective. The monster appeared to only feed off of the cold and as ice slicked its body it seemed to form an extra armor instead of a frozen snaked cube. It then bristled its scales, which became black as night, and stared right at Alex. If he dared to meet its gaze, even for a second, then it would slay him in an instant, and even if he avoided its deadly gaze, blooms obsidian began to creep along the edges of his robes and along the cracks on the floor like black ice. This was no ordinary basilisk.

----------

Mickal continued to grow until he literally burst from the mansion, thick spirals of obsidian glass following him up and spreading to everything. All the poor elven slaves who were locked in the dungeon begged for their lives as Alex and Hoods rushed past. Left as they were, the obsidian and evil would overtake them and kill the innocent elves, but even if freed a great deal of them would never make it out, and it would cost D and Hoods precious time to escape. But they were both magical and unbound by conventional logic, what they decided to do was up to them.
"Hoods? HOODS!" D yelled as he neared the exit, he found his blue orb friend gone. He soon found him, or rather a copy of him. Hundreds of copies were moving at the speed of light, shattering the bonds that held the slaves. Not only that, but as soon as the girls were free from their bounds, one of the Hoods would grow and absorb the elf, protecting them in a blue forcefield, which at least slowed the reach of the evil darkness. "Hoods, we cannot save all of them!"

"No, but we can save as many as we can!" the true Hoods replied as his clones saved as many elves as he could. As soon as they had saved as many as they could, whether it be few or many, Hoods would move amazingly fast, passing D with the orbs safely protecting the elf girls following. One of the orbs suddenly absorbed D and Zane, and shot them after the group. If nothing stopped them, they would all shoot out of the roof of the mansion and move a safe distance, and if that did not work, they would simply go out the front door.

-------------

Alex growled as his ice spell backfired and he could already feel the dark plants touch his robe. He quickly shot off the ground and flew away from the darkness. On the brightside, he had discovered that this strange snake like monster seemed to like the cold, and hate heat, as evidence from the lightning attack. And so the boy began firing a barrage of fire and lighting attacks at the basilisk.
Basilisk screamed again as a fireball caught it on its flank, but the rest were extinguished almost instantly as it turned its gaze back at Alex, freezing the fireballs into obsidian mist which fell from the air. The beast then suddenly followed up its stare with a lung, bearing poisonous fangs as it did, intent on snatching Alex out of the sky. The beast may have been huge, but its struck like a true serpent, and easily closed the distance between them nearly as fast as the lighting bolt had.

-------------

Soon there was a mess of blue orbs and such in the front yard of the mansion, and Mickal had finally seemed to stop growing, though only now that he was larger than the whole house itself. The darkness continued to spread, and it became clear that it would not stop unless Mickal was defeated, it would consume the world!
Alex was confident as the snake lunged at him. Suddenly, with a single thought, the snake found the only thing it had bitten into was smoke. Alex reappeared behind the beast and held up his hands as he brought his plan into fruition. The young mage knew snakes, for the most part, hunted by smell. The snake would find a much harder time finding him, as he began letting lose a horrible and strong scent, something like rotten eggs and skunk spray out of the pores on his hands. It was so bad, he had to cast another spell on himself so his eyes did not water from it. Teleporting once more, the mage made a risky move to appear very close to the giant animal's face. Using the stink and a small wind spell, he unleashed a wave of the horrible, eye watering smell into the basilisk's face.

----------------------------

"Ideas?" D asked, as he exited his bubble, all though he did keep Zane inside.

"Thinking," Hoods replied as he told the girls he will return them here once it was safe. The orbs that held the girls and Zane flew off, far away from the battlefield. Hoods then 'looked' at the giant monster and tried to think of something. "For now, we'll just have to slow him down," the orb said as a beam of of pure energy shot out of him, aimed at the monster.

D looked at him, and sighed, before shooting a burst of fire at the beast's head.
The basilisk roared in pain as its brain was wracked with pain from the terrible smells. It lashed out in all direction, attempting to destroy Alex with a swat of its tail before it began snapping blindly at the air. Its deadly eyes closed as it attempted to flee the stink, lashing blindly at everything. This gave Alex time to get through the last door or attempt to finish off the formidable creature.

---------

the beam of power struck home, landing right where Mickal's heart would be. He roared wildly as the beam tore into him, but slowly, bit by bit, the damage began to slow and then reverse. He was getting stronger all the time and Hoods would not be able to fight him alone, or forever. Mickal reached towards them with a huge clawed hand and from it exploded a tens of thousands of obsidian shards, all aiming to flay the former master of magic and his glowing ball like friend.
Alex could not allow such a dangerous animal to stay alive to interfere with his mission. He dodged the blind animal, and landed as close as he safely could. The warlock held both of his hands and his left crackled with electricity as the other burned with a blue fire. "AHHH!" he yelled, and fired two separate, and powerful, balls of electricity and fire, both aimed at the snake.

-------------------

D's eyes widened, but he was saved when Hoods created a blue, dome shield. The dome was not meant to defend them though, as it exploded in all directions. The burst of pure magical energy should have been enough to disrupt the shards, giving the two the chance to teleport in the air.

"Hit him with everything you got, we need to give Alexander time," Hoods ordered.

"What? What about Alexander?" D asked, but the blue orb had already fired beam of magical energy at Mickal once again. D sighed, and joined in, firing a red beam of energy, both aimed at the monster's heart.
The beast thrashed about blindly but seemed to at least smell the burning of the fireball before it struck, and collapsed itself, falling flat and avoiding the attacks. It was smarter than it appeared, or rather was getting smarter. It was clearly feeding off of the black energies emanating from beyond the room, making it grow more powerful but the second. The room was also getting much much colder, and in place of ice, shards of black glass began to cover everything around them.

Black wings suddenly erupted from the snake's back, and it hissed menacingly at Alex. It was now able to ignore the foul stench and stared directly at him, layering him in an over growing coat of obsidian ice, and killing him outright if their eyes met. The beast was like the creature D was fighting, though not as powerful. It was naturally a creature of evil and blackness and it grew more powerful every second.
