What do you eat before bed, and how close to bed do you eat it?
The only way cure insomnia is to get on a better sleep schedule. You have to wear yourself out during the day (work or exercise). Then you have to go to bed early. That's what I've been doing lately, since I started worked. If you must, you can aid the process with sleeping pills, but make sure you leave enough time for the drug to wear off. I have trouble sleeping in the summertime because of the heat and humidity. I find a cool shower before bed does the trick.

I have trouble sleeping everyday. A nasty, trigger-happy big brother with a tranquilizer does the trick.
