My personal opinion on sugar is that it constitutes a secondary ingredient in that most wondrous of all concoctions: chocolate. Now *cocoa*, there's a substance I'll freely abuse.

But pure chocolate is disgusting. I've visited the Hershey factory and seen the tour. It's a powder made from beans, and it tastes awful without milk and sugar.

Yeah, I saw that on the food network. The stuff you can get in a candy bar is about 10% cacao beans.

Pure cocoa is a bit strong, yes. However, I've find that my tastes run as intense as dark chocolates composed 65-80% of actual cocoa.

Chocoholism runs in my family.
