Ok, after blowing off a little steam, I'm a little more calm and collected now. Now I can elaborate a little further on what is happening.
First off, my college is fucking up big time. They pretty much annihilated the entire game art division, which is what I was going to this god-forsaken school in the first place. My cinematography class started off terribly, as we didn't have a teacher for the first 3 days *1 grand I'll never see again*, and the guy we were given keeps getting on my case, talking constantly about how this is a team effort. For the love of god, I'm working in the damn team! I'm just making sure everyone is on the same level, especially since we're doing a Spy fiction, and my teammates never watched James Bond or Austin Powers. *I even had to teach them what a henchman was (>_<)*
The second big fuck up is the fear tactic the college is using. Basically, we're instilled with fear so we can work harder and not slack off. However, it's starting to backfire, and we're being constantly fed the scare despite anything we do, which ultimately demoralizes us, and it goes into this vicious spiral where we're given shit despite anything we do, and it kills the morale. It's almost like they're using the tactic described in my Yahoo signature.
