Well, let's see. Maybe you should try to tell your boyfriend that you have need time to think about your relationship with him. Tell him you need to have a break from him of course not literally meaning a break up from him, but because your obviously having a rough time choosing who you are like and you need time to reconsider who you want to spend your entire life with. With all honesty I think he should understand the situation you've been going to.
The break literally means you could flirt with other people or give them kisses*depending if you don't mind however you could add that as a rule for not having other peoples kiss* or no sex. Just spending time with another being although if you truly miss that person being around with you. You could always go back and become together again and you are sure that you are willing to be with that boyfriend you like.
