FORRESTER: Sorry to disrupt your ersatz ethnic celebration, Mike, but it's time for today's fanfic. What has the Web belched up for us today, Frank?

FRANK: The Digiartist's Domain website, sir, setting new lows in fan fiction since, uh, sometime before this week.

WTF?! It might be setting lows in places, but it's also setting highs in others. There's both extremely bad and extremely good writing in this place. The story they chose to MST is one by Sonimon, and while I'm not his biggest fan ever, he's certainly not one of the bad authors here (or at the DHZ for that matter).

Also, that MST isn't even very good. Really funny MSTs point out a story's actual faults and make jokes of them, but since this story doesn't have any major weaknesses apart from a slight lack of plot, the humor in this article seems to consist mainly of inserting pointless fake dialogue and random movie quotes into it. Ha ha. Very amusing. I suppose they could've made it funny with another fic, but they obviously couldn't be bothered to look around for one that was really bad. They probably just picked on the first one they looked at.
