well, you have to go through a trial first don't you? the one in question has the right to get thier sayings and who they want to go to live with IF they are at or above the age of 12.
ok, so at least you get to move in with your dad. sorry you lost your bird though. and like DMX said, at least you'll be living with someone more responsible. and from what you said about your dad it should be more fun than where your at now. sure more strict but a better price to pay than getting yelled at all day.
she wasn't taking your inherited money though was she? well, thats not for me to know, but just asking.
hmm, oh and I found out that since you called the cops on her, it really isn't a bad thing, but its not really a good thing if she decides to use it against you, she could say that your a troublemaker and what not. but there is a slim chance that it would work...but who am I to say?
