I am going to Europe to represent the youth of america... so I would be known as a " student ambassador". The ambassadors go to a different area every year.

So do they choose a few from every state? Do they make sure that they get a good representation of every ethnic group? Or do they just send mostly Asian kids? When we're talking best and brightest... well, you know.

I sound like someone who doesn't like to see a government program go to waste. Even if Roran is paying out of pocket, there's still some tax dollars going into this, and there's no sense spending them so he can frolic in Europe with wine, cheese, and whores. I'd rather have him in the desert making strides in real diplomacy.
