Really? They did all that in just two full days? Crap, man, those kids are efficient.

I think it's more that the writers ran out of filler and thought "Fuck it, just get to the point". Plus it makes it more realistic, i mean if someone said "Theres an evil tyrant trying to take over" it's not likely that you would say "Five more minutes...". Oh, and if you are one of the few people who would give the above response, i award you with the Guilmon Badge of Sloth.

without Digimon, long story short I would have had no will to live. Its to complex to answer why but at the time finding Gabumon and Matt and the story helped me out of a bad spot. x.x
