Or maybe you just didn't have too. I once got in the "zone" while doing this one thing at a job like place. I wasn't even paying attention to my self and I still got it done.

Yeah, no body at my place even has a zone. They just stand around, I tell them to do something, they say its done when they haven't even started it.

I'm a zone person too, I'd rather hit a groove and slam it through rather than take a break.

You know the only thing that I noticed when I was in that zone was the break bell. But of course it wasn't a real job and it sucked so I'd rather take a brake.

I've been skipping breaks at my new job, but my assistant always takes his breaks, and I need him to do the tests, so I have to break along with him. It's a shame, really.
