In the last few days, the beginning of my Spring Break, I lost ten pounds, and finally hit my target weight, 160 pounds. Granted, I had a cold to help me out, but mostly, it was my own restraint, especially on taking extra cereal, the weakness in my diet. So, in the last few years, from my top weight, I've lost a total of 75 pounds on my custom diet. For additional perspective, I've been over 160 since I was about 12 years old. One of my greatest inspirations in this pursuit was my own adaptation of Junpei, and his determination, so in a way, we helped each other. Now I'm seriously considering writing a diet book.

I think I heard that joke before but anyway good for you *pushes up glasses psycholgist like* by projecting yourself into your writing of the junpei character, you have helped yourself by making his determination yours and thus you have reached your goal.
Did that make any sense?

Exactly! and by coming to that conclusion you know have a better sense of yourself. You know I don't know why I'm being all psychologist-like right now.
