let's see... I remember reading- Mannipulate nature... Mannipulate the elements... Mannipulate and command the forces of life and death... inhuman- or to put simply, God-like speed, strength, agility... (DAMN IT- where the hell did I put that Pamphlet!?) mannipulation over living things and inanimate objects... I can't remember everything- oh yeah- they come in a pair. one for each hand.
