That was a really powerful and effective piece. I won't spoil it for the others yet, I'll let them talk about it and discover it instead of reading it straight off the bat.... but, damn, you'd have to think of it a little outside the box to get it. ;o
I get the symbolism i think, and honestly i don't think much of it. I would probably have preferred a more literal piece, but hell symbolism isn't for everyone...not all of us like encrypting the meaning of something and then publicly distributing it.

Ooh! I've seen this video before! X3 Right off the bat, I think about a long-distance relationship. These two symbolize people meeting each other and hitting it off, starting off with just talking (via that black, chalk thingy- er- charcoal.), and then getting a little more intimate, like knowing about who they are in real life, how they're doing, etc (drawing), and eventually, falling in love (placing hands against the glass).
Sooner or later, people want to be together, and the boy wants to be with the girl... this is like actually going to meet the person face to face. But of course... that can bite you in the ass, and he ended up not being able to face/talk to her anymore (damaged hand). She still tries though, by sacrificing something of hers to get him to talk back (giving him her hand). The end is vague, so it could've gone either way. That's just my interpretation of it at the time, I'm sure there's some deeper meaning to it or something, like loneliness or lust or innocence or something like that! I'll see if I can find those later! XD

Aw... that made me feel really sad for some reason...
Like almost crying sad...
I feel that it's really about love and sacrifices...
I'm incapable of giving a further interpretation...
I can't think of the words...
See that guy, he's a drifter! But drifting leads to Bickering, Bickering leads to Karate, and Karate leads to flying around between windows and shit! Then a big guy starts shooting lightning everywhere and Kurt Russell Shows up and Kicks his Ass!
Sigh...it's been awhile and very few posts.
I'll go ahead with my examination, and by the way, most furries and people who date online WOULD find this sad and depressing.
First of all...
The glass and the markers/crayons/chalk/whatever represents the internet.
The fact that they're furries represents the internet from a furry perspective.
When they touch the glass, that means they had sort of a taste of real life. Like a phone call or a one day meet, or something like that.
When he breaks the glass, that means he wants to meet her in real life.
In my interpretation, since this is taking a realism stand point... he succeeds.
Only, because he succeeds at meeting in real life, he lost his former type of expression, which is represented by his hand getting the fuck diced out of it. (not cut off, like a lot of people think) This theory is also reinforced by the fact that he writes, "I can't anymore" in a screwed up manner.
So, in my representation, they have met by this point.
Going onward, in what I took out of this, she too had lost this form of expression when they met. She did, however, show him that there is another way to express yourself in real life, I.E. the off hand. I forget what, but there was something important about the fact that the blue guy is left handed...but for the life of me, I can't remember what.

Mmm... There are less left handed people than right-handed people, so this means that the majority of people never get to meet these online loved ones? I think the breaking glass could also be interpreted as their perception of each other being broken, and his injured hand being that he just can't find it in himself to see her the same way they used to, even though they both really want to. Also, sexism! Why wasn't it the girl who went Hulk and smashed the glass? X3
