If that's the case, then lawl. This is why I never sign a contract for anything I don't trust absolutely. If you hadn't signed a contract (or if you didn't), you could just cancel them and go somewhere else for service.

Aether. I'm not sure if it's the wiring/ or the line its self. I can't get out of the contract without paying a bullshit 200 buck early termination fee.

A DSL modem runs through a via phone line. Connects through a filter, then into your DSL modem, Then leads through and Ethernet cord into your PC. So.... Its either your Ethernet cord or your modem is going bad, OR your phone line is going ballistic. xD

(Ken: y'ok, lets leave fred here alone.....he's having some of the same problems too, everytime he goes to play his online games the internet turns off at the most worst possible times. or some days it just stops working for 10 minutes or so before coming back. though i think its vista and not the actual company, since we didn't even have these problems on our old computer. or if we did i don't get any such problems when i was on)
