ok so i was watching some water filter commercial and the question popped in my head " how does water have an expiration date?" pleaase help im bored!!

It's still funny tho that a whole planet full of water and it still expires once removed.... and we have to buy it too -.- the rate the economy is going who knows what will happen next.

I always figured the bacteria thing because even in nature water can be unsafe to drink if it's just sitting there, like a puddle.
