Alita watched Kenzuma run off toward the infirmary with a hint of ammusement in her eyes. "He must be really eager... I just hope he knows what he is in for... Shendo hasn't ever formed anything permanent with anyone.. Hell, he hardly ever lets them stick around for a second night.."

Kenzuma slowed down after reaching the infirmary, not wanting to get thrown out by the nurse before he could find Shendo. He walked up to the nurse as she was finishing her rounds, trying to force himself to be confident and not sound like an idiot as he spoke to her.

"Excuse me... but I was told that a friend of mine is in here..."

The nurse turned around, a little surprised that he was so calm. She knew about how he was around most people, and she had a pretty formidable reputation. "Whats the name. I'll tell you where your friend is."

Kenzuma looked down the row of curtained beds anxiously. "His name is... Shendo" he said quietly.

"Third bed down. But I wouldn't expect much of a conversation. We had to sedate him to keep him in bed so he wouldn't hurt himself worse." she said, turning to walk away.

Kenzuma smiled at her. "Thank you.." he said as quietly as before, rushing down the row to the third bed.

"He must be hurting pretty bad... even through the drug sleep it still shows.." he thought, leaning over Shendo, and gently pushing his hair back out of his face.

He looked around to see if anyone was looking, then leaned in, and kissed Shendo gently. He felt a sharp pain in his ribs, nearly passing out from it as he forced himself to stay on his feet. He broke away from the kiss several minutes after the healing was already finished, then took a paper from the table nearby, and wrote a note on it. It said.. "I waited for you to show up, but you never did.. Now I found you just like I promised... Come and find me in my room when you read this." at the end, he signed it, and wrote his room number down.

He turned and left quickly before anyone could come in and see him there. He didn't want to have to explain himself to anyone.
