A Hero's Duty: A Zero and Maero Production

[Maero]

Many trip wires, sensor pads, and laser grids later, Savior found himself in the vents above the actual office. Inside, Angel lay on the floor, tied up and beaten up. Not far away, Silvia, the Mayor, and his Wife were tied upon three chairs. And their eyes pointed to the culprit, Yamiri. Savior had dealt with her not to long ago, and now it seemed she was back, and bolder than ever.

Savior shook his head in annoyance as he saw Yamiri and looked around, trying to find a way to get her without threatening the hostages. If he could find nothing of real intrest to help, he would go for a basic idea. He would toss down a small ball, and when it hit the ground a grey gas filled the air. In the cloud of gray, he would jump down from his hiding spot, using his infared to see, and would move silently to attack Yamiri from behind with an electric baton.

[Maero]

Someone screamed when the gas bombs went off, but Savior found himself parried by Yamiri's sword. She wore a gas mask and infrared goggles. She had been studying his technique it seemed.

[MasterZero]

She's been learning. Savior, used his other hand to grab something from his belt. He aimed it at her as their weapons clashed against one another, and fired, aiming down at her feet. Globs of white slime shot out and when they hit something would solidify, doubling as glue and weights to slow anything it touched down. A single glob of slime weighed about 5 pounds.

[Maero]

She dodged it, moving very quickly, as usual. She came after him, slashing wildly around in the smoke. Her sword could cut five inches of steal easy, it would make short work of Savior and his suit if he got hit.

[MasterZero]

Savior dodged the blade, moving just as quick it seemed, He held the electro shock weapon strongly, blocking the blade with it. While it could hold up against the blade, he saw the cuts it left, and he realized it would not protect him forever. He quickly reached into his belt and took out another baton, dual wielding them for an edge.

[Maero]

(Ohhhh, Got a break for a minute, managed this post)

In one on one combat, they seemed almost evenly matched, with Yamiri holding the upper edge. She was trained beyond Savior and even duel wielding he quickly found himself losing ground as his weapons were slowly hacked to pieces. She seemed strange, however, unusually desperate. He couldnt see her face, but he could tell from her movements, she was being more reckless than before, speeding her attack unnecessarily when she could have guaranteed a victory with a more patient approach. Still, vicious as she was, it barely made her any less deadly, if at all. She was making some small mistakes here and there, but was moving so fast one barely had time to exploit them, especially when you didnt know if she was going to mess up, or when she was going to cut your head off before she actually did one or the other.

Savior threw the broken pieces of the batons he used and jumped onto the mayor's desk, before jumping off to avoid her blade, noticing her actions and how violently she struck. He dodged yet again, barely missing the blade, before he grabbed a flashbang in his belt and threw it at her, jumping back to shield his eyes from the bright, stunning light.

(Im jumping back and forth with this post so I can get this scene done)

She cut the grenade in half, which in some way helped to diminish the blast, but not by much, and she was still stunned by the sudden explosion of light and sound. But she quickly regained her footing and struck a defensive stance. She still couldnt see or hear, but she had other sense, senses she had sharpened over years of training, and this stance gave her a bit of help. But she would not move from the spot until her two primary sense returned to some degree.

Savior could tell from her stance that he was able to at least harm her main senses. With eyes and ears gone, she had smell, touch, and taste. To help him even further, he pulled out a small vial, which held a special smelling salt he used to awaken the sleeping. He threw it at her, and it would either shatter on the ground, or be sliced by her sword. Either way, a foul smelling order would escape from it.
