Depending on what the hip problem is he's pretty lucky. Those are pretty minor injuries for a car crash.

no, he wasn't driving...he was riding with his friends in a truck...he's gonna be fine, his second scan came in good. so if all goes well he should be home either tomorrow or wed.

Or it could have been the fault of whoever was driving the other car.. Assuming there was one, and not an object involved.. but yea, your little brother is very lucky. I'm glad to hear he is okay :)
I have no idea who was driving, I'll ask later though when I get another call. And the road they were on was most likely gravel, so they could've been driving too fast and slide off, I don't know, so I'll ask.

ok, found out who was driving, a friend of his, he is in the 8th grade. the police have already went to him and cited him or something like that.
