Demon Flower moaned as he pulled out of her, and whimper a little as she was left hanging on the chains, but was soon asleep. If he wanted to keep Demon Flower as a slave, servant, or pet, he would have to uncover more about her past, and how she got to be the way she was. She had killed many many people, mostly on what seemed to be ridiculous whims, while at the same time tossing millions of stolen dollars to poor children, also on a whim. She was insane, or unstable, and very very dangerous, she could very well kill him if he ever had her unbound, his recent scars and bruises were proof of that. And now he may have even made her pregnant, was that even possible?
There was very little left of that night, and nothing note worthy came up on the Radio, Savior had done his job, for now.

Savior pulled his mask off and sighed in stress. He rubbed his face and looked around his lair, leaving one room to enter a new one. There was a massive computer there and across the room were various news clipping of various heroes and villains with little footnotes on the corners of them. He walked over to that wall and looked at a picture of Demon Flower from a newspaper and sighed. He walked over to the computer and began to work, seeking information on Demon Flower.
Criminal activity, good deeds, accomplices, and the such. He also kept walking between the computer and the wall, muttering things under his breath. This was how he spent most nights, forgoing sleep and instead working. He would continue to do this, most likely, until something got his attention on the police radio, or when Demon Flower awoke, which his computer would alert him about.

Demon Flower, original name, Ria Hills, was part of a top secret government project. Abducted at a young age from an orphanage, she was turned into the top subject of project Dark Bloom. The project was supposed to genetically encode demonic spirits into cells in the body, allowing them to create magical super soldiers, held aloft by the powers of thousands of dead demons. The project was almost a success, but Ria's mind was too fragile and she went insane, breaking out of the labs and escaping into the city.
Of course, the government claims they had nothing to do with her creation and urges heroes to hunt her down and end her, and for good reason. Driven crazy by the energy of so many dead demons, she is driven to release her power in sinful ways, the most common of which is violence. She had killed men women and children, though more of the first and much fewer of the last. She has often allied or been used by other villains to get things, rob people, or simply kill. She has been captured twice, each time sent to a secret asylum owned by the government, and each time she has escaped, Her current kill count is estimate to be in the hundreds, some of those including heroes.

Savior sighed and rubbed his eyes. Humanity...It can be such a sickness at times... he thought, before shaking his head again. No. Stay focused. Stay calm. He kept working, searching for more information. Eventually though, he would stop and stand up. He walked out of the room and left to a more normal part of his lair, decorated almost like a normal house. A mirror on the wall, a couch, a counter with a coffee machine, and the such. He quickly made himself a cup of coffee and drank it, attempting to keep himself awake.
After downing the glass, he would leave the room and make a quick check on the police radio and Demon Flower, seeing if there were any significant changes to either, before returning to the computer and looking up info on Skull, the girl that had tricked him.

Demon Flower was still asleep, and nothing but normal crime was on the Radio. As for Skull, there was almost nothing about her, she had a few close calls, but had never ACTUALLY been captured. Closest she ever got was the police station before breaking free and escaping. No one knows anything about except for that, one day she simply appeared. Her name was given to her due to her helmet, which no one has ever removed. It is assumed she has some kind of secret identity, due to how she is not a full time villain, only showing up once a week at most.
Suddenly the computer would notify him of a soft moan, as Demon Flower slowly awoke.
