the message you read was for that particular update in which a group of people and artists got on AIM (american online instant messenger) and joined that chat room just to talk and exchange art. It's still pretty active and people were thinking of having some sort of time schedule where people would get on to do pretty much the same thing. The room actually still hasn't died, so you could prob join and sit for a spell or so
