Okay, first off just relax, the more nervouss you are the less likely you are to get the job. What you can do is try a practice interview with someone you trust not to act like an idiot, then when you go for the real interview you can think back to that and it should help. Just remember keep a clear head and you'll do fine. As for the poetry, I know nothing about that so you'll have to ask one of the poets on this board.

Edit: Forgot to mention, during the interview don't try that imagine them in their underwear trick. It'll just give you a boner and make things worse.
