I suppose although considering how repressed and neurotic Jou is that isn't hard and I can't see Gomamon mindfucking people outside of Red Rover's stuff, I can see someone like Guilmon doing it by accident to make people happy, but not someone as worldly wise as the "seal bro".

I suppose but as I like to imply in the story, absolute power and all that comes into play after a while. The reason I decided to use Tai is that he's a very sexually frustrated character in the series. especially 02 where his role is diminished except for the odd bit of Sorato jealousy.
