1. One word: Pixar.
2. Superheroes can and will be sued for damage to persons, property, etc. (btw, this could be an element other superhero and magical girl franchises sorely need! I'll give you some examples asap when I do a post on this.)
3. Anti-hero rejected by main hero (Mr. Incredible), and when antihero (formerly known as "Incrediboy") grows up, he becomes Syndrome and plots to secretly kill off superheroes/heroines with a powerful weapon called a "Training Robot". (The robots upgrade over time, despite being defeated by heroes/heroines.)
Any more?
PS. I wish I could have Elastigirl's powers (and have an erotic use for them!), Dash's super speed and Violet's shields.
