Devimon without a doubt, and hes advanced mode Demon/Daemon!
He literally OWNED the chosen children and nearly killed them in the original Adventure
Only Angemons suicide attack could save the kids! Kimeramon had a part of Devimon in him wich made him so MEAN! He withstood ALL of Magnamons attacks, and nearly crushed him to death! Devimons advanced form Daemon was so strong, that despite "overwhelming firepower" the kids coulnd't defeat him but only banish him. Imperialdramon Paladinmode might have had more of a fighting change, but even at that point it would have been a hard duel
