Well it's not gonna be like the hardware is going "Don't like her, I'm gonna commit suicide".

My recommendation is that you set a system restore point before she gets on it, keep the firewall and anti-virus on and tell her not to touch any security settings.

Or, make her get a laptop of her own and then its her responsibility.
