Dawn allowed him to clean her face, though she did still shy from him, and when he brought the food, she stayed on the far side of the bed for a long while. Still, eventually she rose and crawled over to nibble on some of the food. She only ate a little, but soon she was on her back purring and snuggling with the covers.
