While what you're saying makes sense (especially on the faerie/fairy issue which I completely agree with,) with all due respect it causes way too much confusion for the rest of us who are used to seeing how the Original japanese version of the names were Romanized or the dub translation names.
Spelling the digimon's names the way you see fit is fine for your personal use but you'll most likely end up having to explain why you're spelling them that way every time you do so which is a hassle for everyone involved.
