Interesting Idea...
...me, it would be something Mimi and Flamedramon, since I've never seen him in a doujinshi before, and Mimi is easily the hottest DD I've seen. (Note that I haven't seen any of Frontier yet.)
The premise (Like that's important) I guess would be that Mimi got hit by a virus-type digimon, and the wound leaves her with a digital virus that's going to kill her. Flamedramon, being the only Anti-Virus-type digimon present, needs to get his anti-Virus digital data into her system. At first, he tries licking and spitting into her open wound, but that doesn't do enough. Then they just try exchanging saliva, I.e., French kissing, but when that fails, they take it a few steps further. Midway thorugh the process they forget all about the virus...
