Flynn was trying his best to sneak up on Syd as he finished his filing in the infirmary. He was mere centimetres away from grabbing his tail before...
"You know I can hear you, right?" Syd rumbled absently, flicking his tail out of reach.
"Awwrr..." Flynn kicked at the floor. "But I like your tail."
Syd laughed, looking over his shoulder. "So I've noticed. Anyway, stick to sharpshooting. Stealth isn't exactly your thing. I could hear you giggling halfway across the room."
The blue wolf chuckled. "I was thinking of the look on your face that time I actually did get your tail. You nearly hit the ceiling."
Syd laughed as he finished his filing, closing down he holographic display. "Well, now that we're done, we should probably hit one of the holographic training arenas. It's been a while since we've actually beat on something that moves."
Flynn winked. "Sounds like a plan. Let's go!" He reached out for Syd's tail again, mrrfing disappointedly as the big cat flicked it just out of reach again.
