It's been an unofficial stance among the artists here that we don't produce works for outside interests, not even for payment. I'm not saying that it's a rule, but in my experience, that's the way it's been.
The simple fact is that art on the internet is very hard to copyright. There have been stories about artists who created work for one site for no money, and then saw their works turn up on the paysites. The artist Karabiner is a good example of this. His Digimon work got stolen, and it got so bad that he finally quit.
