Breakfast: Bran muffin w/Diet Coke (Tim Horton's) or,
glass of milk, protein shake or,
sometimes nothing.
Lunch: Usually leftovers from home or,
canned soup and/or sandwich or,
fast food (I'm trying to cut down on this.)
Dinner: More leftovers or
typical "dinner" food: some meat product, starch (pasta, rice, potatoes), vegetables (salad)
I try not to eat anything after 7pm, my stomach will regret it all night.
What kind of hobby(ies) do you have?
