I nearly caught a Foodlion and a BiLo on fire about eh, 5 months ago. Let me just be brief and say: Do not throw an artillery shell into a small pond inbetween two grocery stores. Chances are, you might over-throw it into the trees surrounding the pond.
Luckily, the town I was in was Chapin, and the fire dept. was only 30 secs away.
