Just like every other part of the body, the vagina has a lot of diversity between women, even women of the same age, race, genetic background, and health level. Just like you penis is different in length, girth, curvature, or shape from everyone else's, so is a woman's vagina different in it's width, depth, and planar orientation (its angle in relation to the rest of the body).
The depth of the vagina is determined the the location of the cervix. The penis butting up against the cervix is commonly referred to as "bottoming out", and while some people claim that it's a badge of honor to have bottomed out in a girl, it's almost universally painful for the girl AND the guy.
The width has a lot to do with a lot of things. Some people are naturally tighter. This is generally not correlated to the person's body size. Also, depending on her level of health, mood, or level of stimulation it may expand more or less than usual more or less quickly. Just like how the penis doesn't always get as hard as it can every time, the vagina is similarly fickle.
As for anal depth...well, despite its remarkable propensity for pleasure giving, its original design was not as a sexual organ. As such, there are some things which naturally interfere with anal sex. Much like everything else, though, its depth and width will vary from person to person and rely on several factors. It should be noted that the colon has a relatively sharp bend in it when a person is standing, making anal sex with a standing partner difficult to achieve.
