I think the word 'potenza' (that's a line of Bridgestone tires) might mean potential in English, but what does the word 'turanza' mean?
PS. BTW, did you get a copy of Motor magazine (it's the one with the Exoticar article and it's an Aussie car magazine)? Under the specs for the Bugatti Veyron regarding the tyres, it's fitted with Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 Pax tires and the tire size is an unusual one. Is it an error or is Michelin experimenting with a new tire size rating system? If you'll like, do you want me to tell you the tire 'rating' on the Veyron?
