Well, I work for my parents. It isn't my career, but it gets me money. I work at home, so it's comfortable.
Maybe you could find a job with some of your friends? Or just only look for jobs where you would think that the boss/employee relationship is easygoing.
As misty said dude, you're still young. You don't have to jump into your career right away. I agree with Wise also. Put up a resume online. You'd be surprised.
How does a $40,000 per year job sound? As a first job? My mom never had a job, and now after 4 years, she is the manager of the shiping department at a chemicle company. It actually only took here 2 years, but she has been there for 4.
My point is, is that she found that job online. She worked hard, threw out good ideas, and she got promoted.
