Just run your neighbors cable through a splitter and into your house. It's worked for me so far

Oh, just for fun, i counted the channels (02-67). We have 19, 3 to 4 of which are in Spanish. XD

If you can find the wire that goes from the wall in their house, put it into a splitter so two can be hooked up at once, and then run it back to your house it should work. But I'm not sure how satelite's work so I may be wrong.
