***Spoilers for Episode 1***

Well, I saw the first episode and it was pretty cool. I need to wait for the sub to understand any details but for the most part it just looked interesting.

The DATS ladies are hotties, Yoshino being number one of course...and Lalamon may look sad now, but if you pause the intro the two shadowed level evolutions look nice, the Ultimate seems to be a Lillymon-esque Digimon, and the Mega seems to be a straight up Rosemon...maybe NeoRosemon? Gaomon's evo's seem pretty cool, and Agumon's look super massive.

One of the cool things that has been fanfic'ed a lot and is now cannon is that the Digimon can be stored inside of the Digivice and called out...kinda pokeball-ish, I guess. It's more logical though, as Digimon are Data and Data can be stored of course.

I hope the sub will give me a better idea about who the fisherman that gave Masaru his Digivice was...any help from anyone on that would be cool!

I like the new animation style too, very solid.

Overall I'd say this show is promising...though I do dread the Dubbed, cut up version, I doubt that any version released here will show Masaru going head to head with Agumon. :cry:

This will be the death of Digimon. The DEATH I tell you! Will the human partners develop relationships with their Digimon (like they always did) if they can store them away in Digivices?
