I struggled a lot with algebra when I first started, and nine years later, I struggled with linear algebra, which is deceptively complicated, but still not as bad as multivariable calculus.

Ugh, calculus. I SUCK at calculus. I KNOW I suck at calculus, and for some reason I needed to pay a university $300 for a calculus course so THEY could tell me I suck at it, too. Haha I got a 30%, and I was actually trying as hard as I could.
So the next year I decided I'd switch to what I was doing all the rest of my life (music), and we're all a lot happier.
Calculus for me is actually pretty interesting, and medium-difficulty. It's like playing a video game that's challenging, but I know I can beat it.
