A Hero's Duty: A Zero and Maero Production

[MasterZero]

Savior's eyes widened as the weapon was thrown back at him, but he flipped in midair, dodging them, but barely. He landed on the ground and quickly pulled out his PHASR. Instead of stun bullets, it shot a bright laser out. All the beam of light had to do was hit the villainous in her eyes, and she would be temporarily blinded.

[Maero]

The beam of light fire, but even that failed to stop her, as Yamiri simply used her sword's reflective metal to fire the laser of light back, missing his eyes but hitting a few of the officers. She continue to run forward, she was almost upon him now, her deadly eyes set on the warehouse.

Savior decided to take a new invention out, hoping it would stop help him. He took out a smoke grenade and threw it at Yamiri, covering the area with a cloud of smoke. He looked at the officers and before the cloud of smoke covered him, motioned for them to stay where they were. He then took out a new invention, something resembling a hot glue gun, and began to spray a strange gel onto the ground, making sure it was in the way of where Yamiri was coming from.

He would then wait, moving back. All she had to do was step on the gel, and it would automatically explode, or if she was not close enough, he would make it detonate with the detonator he had in his belt. Either way, it would either break the ground under her, making her fall into the water below, since they were on on a dock, or it would throw her back and stun her.

The explosive Gel worked, and Yamiri was thrown backwards, and into a destroyed cop car. She did not move from there, seemingly dead, the metal dented all around her form. Her healing factor was good, but explosives and possible impalement from the jagged metal of the car could kill her. What would Savior do if she was dead?

Savior's eyes widened, and he ran to the car. "No, no, no," he whispered. If she was dead, that meant he had killed her, if he had killed her...He knew what he would have to do. He made an oath, to never cross a certain line. To never take a life, no matter what. If he ever did, he would hang up his belt and mask and bring himself in as a criminal.

He quickly tried to find a pulse, and began taking out medical supplies from his belt, looking her over and praying she was alive. "Come on, you have a healing factor, have it kick in!"

To Savior's relief, or dismay, a fist shot out from the dent in the car as he ran over in a panic, nailing him like a train right between the eyes. It was followed very quickly by a kick in the gut as Yamiri pulled herself free of the wreckage. She was cut up all over and had burns, but they were slowly shrinking away and disappearing. However, he had to be careful, if he had done that to Skull or Kitty it may have killed them outright, that Gel was a dangerous weapon.

Savior groaned in pain as he tried to recover from the punch. Note to self, use only small doses of explosive gel, and only when fighting invulnerable or healing factor enemies. He quickly pulled out his staff, but tried to think of another plan. He could use the explosive gel again, but she was most likely expecting that. He reached into his belt and felt around, before pulling out a smoke grenade. He threw it at Yamiri, hoping it would help even the odds in his favor.

This time Yamiri wasnt going to let him block her view and when the smoke Grenade was thrown at her she used the flat end of her sword as a bat and struck a home run into the warehouse, smoking out the cops and dock workers. She was now coming straight at Savior, anger clear in her brilliant yellow eyes. She jumped and did a downward strike with her impossibly sharp katana, intending on ending Savior once and for all.

Savior's eyes widened as she jumped into the air, but he quickly rolled to the side, leaving a present for her when she came down. A flashbang grenade. The small grenade exploded and shot out a bright light, as the white clothed hero pulled out his taser gun, turning around when the flash was over and shooting at Yamiri, ready to dodge again if necessary.

[Maero]

The Flash did its job and blinded Yamiri for several key seconds. Still, despite this she heard the bullets coming and deflected all four shots...almost. For the last shot she over compensated and it hit her sword arm, causing her to cry out in pain and drop her blade, falling to one knee and trying to pull the painful dart out of her arm.
