Recently, I've been trying to contact some acquaintences with whom I fell out of touch back when I was depressed last year. Problem is, I think some of them have changed e-mail addresses. Anyone know of any (legal) way to track changes of address?
Shoot, I dunno...look up their names on a search engine, maybe you'll see a page where they've posted recently.
Yup, what Anus said... Also, if there's any place you know these people liked to visit, you might want to take a look there. Or ask some other people who know these people and might know about their new addies.
Sorry if that's not very helpful, but it's the best I can do. ^^;

I know a surefire way...oh, but you probably can't afford a bounty hunter.

Well, by pure dumb luck, I managed to contact one of my missing friends this morning when she signed on to MSN Messenger. It was especially lucky, because she lives in England, and it is a bitch trying to track down a British person's contact info. So hooray!
Also, I have tried search engines, but so far it hasn't worked.

I'd keep up with the dumb luck approach. It seems to work.

Well, now it's two people I've found. I sent out a mass e-mail last night to a large group of my friends, some who I've been able to keep in touch with and others who've been hard to track down, and tonight, I got a response from another of my English contacts. Now all I need to do is track down folks from New York and Florida. :D
