"O..Ok." She said still holding his hand. He could feel her frantic heart beat through it, could feel her fear, her uncertainty. She looked around and everything seemed to scare her, the couch, the lamps. the roof above her head, but most of all the human holding her hand. She was cute when she was scared, like some sort of cute little cub....but with a striking body.

Alex led her to Ren's room. "Remember, she holds my child so be careful," Alex ordered, opening the door and leading Flare in. "Ladies first.

Flare walked in, making her way to the bed on four legs. She got close and looked at Ren's sleeping face and gave her nose a lick. Ren slowly opened her eyes and suddenly shot up. "Flare?!" She said opening her arms. "Ren!" Flare said, jumping into her arms and licking her face, making Ren laugh and they played like that for a little while until they finally settled into a position where Ren was embracing Flare from behind and snuggling her as the younger pokemon started to doze off in Ren's warm hug. Suddenly Ren looked up at Alex and, despite herself whispered "Thank you." And cuddled Flare some more.

"I'm sorry," Alex smiled and walked over. He then looked at Ren an gently pet her belly, where his child lay. "What was that, my dear Ren?"

Flare Squeaked as she came closer and clung to Ren, as if she was afraid he intended on ripping her out of her arms. "I said thank you." Ren said. "For not hurting her, she's a bit smelly but she is not bleeding any more which means you spared her for this visit, and for that I am grateful." she said kissing Flare's forehead.

"You can make it up to me, later," Alex smiled and petted Flare's head. "Also...you maybe seeing Flare more often than you think, bearer of my child."

Ren's eyes narrowed. "What do you mean? I traded my name and servitude for her freedom. If you imprison her here then I will rend my own code and end myself and your child." She held Flare tightly as she said this, hugging and protecting her.

"I thought you liked seeing her here. She will be able to visit, and come and go as she pleases. I will not touch her," Alex smiled with a strange grin. "Flare will be able to come and go as she pleases, and I will not touch her," he grinned. He then kissed Ren's forehead, and said, "You have my word."

At that Ren smiled and hugged Flare tighter. "Thank you....you...you dont know how much this means." Flare yipped happily in Ren's arms and began to fall asleep again. "Master." Ren said as Flare went to sleep. "I...I may have misjudged you a bit. Im sorry for what I tried to do."
