there are certain things to keep in mind to not fall in logical errors.
( i believe this is important because logical errors produce a strange comunication in family a may produce problems)
i put 4 important thing to not to fall in them (i think)
1. when you do something you always do it because, you think or your brain has integrated that, what your doing is better for you . in some other cases knowing what is best for you is heradatery like stress ( why do you think something is gross) so you have to use your mind each time you do something to make less mistakes.
2.the emotions are there to make you live and not the other way (you live and do things to feel good), that will make you to surrender at high stress situations.
3. when you say no no (something) it doesn

SORRY MY ENGHLISH IS A BIT LAME ILL PUT IT THIS WAY
YOU HAVE TO PUT ATTENCION OVER YOUR EMOTIONS AND WHAT THEY MAKE YOU DO
THE HUMAN BODY WILL LOOK FOR THE SHORTEST WAY TO DO WHAT YOU WANT( LESS ENERGY WASTE) SO THAT IS WY A PERSON DOES BAD THINGS, SOMETIMES, ITS JUST EASIER.
SOMETIMES YOU WILL JUST DO BAD AND YOU WONT NOTICE.
AND NOT THINKING ABOUT THEM MIGHT MAKE A PERSON PAY MUCH ATTENCION TO THINGS THAT AREN
Here's how I interpreted it the first time around.
1. The more experience you get with something, the more efficient you are with it.
2. You do what you feel is good. (Heh, maybe that's why I'd rather masturbate than do my homework. *laughs*)

Sorry, mow. I didn't mean to offend you or anything. I am perfectly aware that 9/10 of every registred member on this board doesn't have english as their first language or just doesn't write english very well... like me ^^ I did understand what you wrote but I was in a weird mood..
