Yeah this generation is more into Pop, R&B, and Rap. Makes me sick to my stomach.

I've always maintained that the best bands find a balance between punk and metal, not necessarily grunge (though Soundgarden is awesome), but punky metal or metallic punk bands are my favorites, for the most part. Few of these bands are mainstream.
